OUR
MISSION
Divorce is never an easy experience. It can be costly, confusing, and raise sensitive issues that can further erode relationships. With over 50 years of combined experience helping families navigate complex legal issues, our team can help you and your spouse, or co-parent, design your own agreements for child support, parenting responsibilities, maintenance (alimony), and more.

Mediation and Collaborative Divorce allows you to resolve your divorce or separation outside of court. We will help you and your spouse or co-parent create an arrangement that works for the needs of your whole family.
Mediated Divorce
At O’Bryan & Simeone Law and Mediation, LLP we can assist you in doing your own divorce without the expense of lawyers, and the headache of going to Court. We help you navigate the court system and walk you through the process step by step from start to finish. We assist in the filing and drafting of the required court documents, which can be daunting for those not accustomed to legal forms. Throughout the process we are there to help mediate issues as they arise. Statistics show that couples who mediate their divorces, rather than leaving critical life decisions to the Court, create more sustainable agreements. And, save money in the process. Courts routinely require mediation as the initial step in the divorce process, so why not try mediation first to see if it can work for you.
Collaborative Divorce
We have collaboratively trained lawyers on staff for those couples who prefer to use lawyers, but in a collaborative setting.
